Supportive Gift Guide for Highly Sensitive People

Supportive Gift Guide for Highly Sensitive People

Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) are very thoughtful and tend to put a lot of energy into gift-giving during holidays and special occasions, but they are often disappointed when it comes to receiving gifts. HSPs struggle to ask directly for what they need and loved ones may not be as perceptive to subtle hints.

This inspired me to create a list of my favorite resources that double as perfect gifts for Highly Sensitive kids, teens, or adults. If you’re an HSP yourself, you can share this list with family and friends (or treat yourself to something nice!). All the books and gifts listed below have been chosen because they help increase self-awareness and manage overwhelm which are essential for any HSP to thrive.
