For your convenience and comfort, I offer therapy online and over the phone for folks living anywhere in California. For online sessions, we’ll meet on a secure video platform similar to Zoom or Skype which can be accessed from your computer, smart phone or iPad.

The thought of venturing out for a therapy session can feel disruptive or inconvenient.  You want the opportunity to explore your inner world and get support for what’s bothering you, but driving through traffic or getting on a bus to get to a therapy office would pull you out of your flow at home.

When you’re at home in your safe space, you can feel more comfortable to drop in to the therapy process and have more time afterward to integrate what surfaced during the sessions. The overstimulation and lost time of traveling back and forth to therapy can override the benefits.
